Privacy Policy — EnglishChunks Poster

EnglishChunks Poster is a private, single-operator automation tool. It is not a public product or service — it exists solely to publish the operator's own pre-written content to the operator's own Facebook Page, Instagram account, and TikTok account.

What data this tool processes

The tool reads content the operator already authored: quiz text and images stored in the operator's own Google Drive, and publishes it to the operator's own social media accounts on a schedule the operator controls. No content is collected from, or about, any third party or end user.

What this tool does not do

• It does not collect, store, or process personal data from social media followers, commenters, or any member of the public.
• It has no end-user accounts, sign-up flow, cookies, or tracking/analytics.
• It is not accessible to or usable by anyone other than the operator.

Third-party services used

To do its job, the tool calls these third-party APIs using credentials the operator controls: Meta Graph API (Facebook Page, Instagram), TikTok Content Posting API, Google Drive API, and Telegram Bot API (for the operator's own status alerts). Each service's own privacy policy governs data handled on their platforms.

Data retention

The tool keeps a local operational log (post IDs, timestamps, success/failure status) purely to avoid duplicate posting and to power retry/backfill. This log contains no personal data about third parties.
